Updates definition

Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.

Updates mean software fixes, upgrades, enhancements, additions, corrections and modifications, if and when available. Red Hat and Partner are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and may be referred to individually as a "Party". "End User" is defined in the Program Appendices.

Updates means modifications, updates and changes made by Sprinklr to the Platform which Sprinklr makes generally available to its customers at no additional fee. Updates exclude new features, functions and capabilities which are offered for an additional fee and must be specified in an Order Form or SOW.

More Definitions of Updates

Updates means collections of any or all virus definition files including detections and solutions for new viruses along with the corrections, improvements or modifications to the software.
