Modifications definition

Modifications means substances created by the Recipient which contain/incorporate the Material.
Modifications shall have the meaning specified in Section 11.1(a) of the Lease.
Modifications means any enhancements, changes, corrections, improvements, translations, adaptations, revisions, developments, upgrades or updates to the Technology; and “Modify” shall mean the creation of any of the foregoing;

Examples of Modifications in a sentence

  • TransAct shall have the right to make Modifications to the Code at TransAct’s sole cost and expense without the prior consent of AD (each a “TransAct Modification”).

  • The foregoing license grants TransAct the right to (a) use, market, sublicense, distribute, copy, and deliver the Code for commercial purposes; (b) to host a copy of the Code; (c) to make Modifications to the Code as set forth in Section 2.3.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in addition to other rights and remedies available to AD, in the event TransAct fails to timely pay AD, in full, the Purchase Price or Professional Services Fees, all of TransAct’s right, title, and interest in and to any and all TransAct Modifications shall automatically be assigned to and shall vest in AD, and TransAct shall have no rights to such TransAct Modifications unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

  • AD shall provide Transition Modifications in a format agreeable to both parties within a reasonable time following development of the same.

More Definitions of Modifications

Modifications means any amendments, supplements, modifications, renewals, replacements, consolidations, severances, substitutions and extensions of any document or instrument from time to time; “Modify,” “Modified,” or related words shall have meanings correlative thereto.
Modifications means (i) a change to the delivered source code or metadata; or (ii) any development, other than a change to the delivered source code or metadata, that customizes, enhances, or changes existing functionality of the Software, including, but not limited to, the creation of any new application program interfaces, alternative user interfaces or the extension of the Software data structures; (iii) any other change to the Software using or incorporating any Licensor Materials; or (iv) any creation, modification, enhancement or customization of the Software;

Modifications means the construction or installation of Improvements on any Site or any part of any Site after the Effective Date, or the alteration, replacement, modification or addition to any Improvement on any Site after the Effective Date, whether Severable or Non-Severable.
