Ninth Amendment Clause Samples
The Ninth Amendment is a provision in the U.S. Constitution that affirms the existence of rights retained by the people that are not specifically enumerated in the Constitution. In practice, this means that just because a right is not explicitly mentioned in the Constitution does not mean it can be denied or disparaged by the government; for example, rights related to privacy or travel may be protected even if not listed. The core function of the Ninth Amendment is to prevent the government from infringing on fundamental rights simply because they are not expressly written in the Constitution, thereby safeguarding individual liberties against governmental overreach.

Ninth Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received multiple counterparts as requested of this Ninth Amendment from the Borrower, each other Obligor and each Lender.
