Restatement Agreement definition

Restatement Agreement has the meaning set forth in the introductory statement of this Agreement.

Restatement Agreement means the Restatement Agreement dated as of April 27, 2017 by and among the Borrower, Holdings, the other Guarantors party thereto, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.
