Amdocs Site(s) definition

Amdocs Site(s) means the Site(s) owned or controlled by Amdocs or its Affiliates or any Primary Subcontractor as of the Effective Date described in Schedule 3.

Examples of Amdocs Site(s) in a sentence

  • As part of the Services, Amdocs shall maintain and enforce physical security standards and procedures at each of the Amdocs Sites which are in accordance with then current industry standards in the United States and comply with such Company security procedures as may be provided to Amdocs electronically in a mutually agreed upon format and as are reviewed and approved by Amdocs, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Amdocs may deliver any or all of the Services using Amdocs Personnel located at Amdocs Sites outside the United States or connecting through a virtual private network connection to an Amdocs Site.

  • Only authorized Personnel who have been granted access will be allowed to access the Amdocs Sites and the Amdocs data center itself.

  • Amdocs Facilities The office space and facilities at the Amdocs Sites that are used by Amdocs Personnel in the performance of the Services, as described in Schedule 1.

  • Amdocs’ Sites and asset management activities include the full management and maintenance of the outsourcing facilities (i.e., the Amdocs Sites, including air-conditioning, electricity, computers and peripherals).

  • Subject to Section 10.1.2, Services will be provided by Amdocs at the Amdocs Sites; provided that, Amdocs shall maintain its standard procedures in place as of the Effective Date, which have been conveyed to Company in detail, with respect to the assignment of Personnel and such Personnel’s access to Company Data.

  • SURGE has been requested by the city government to provide technical assistance in the creation a mechanism to integrate or consolidate data on land between the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and LGU.

  • Amdocs is responsible for the physical security of the Amdocs Sites as detailed more fully in Schedule 1.

Related to Amdocs Site(s)

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Training Site means www.sap.com/training-certification

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Facility means Generation Facilities or Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to an Interconnection Request under Subpart A of Tariff, Part IV. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

  • Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as set out in Schedule 1.

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.
