Alternate Product definition

Alternate Product means any pharmaceutical product that comprises or contains any Licensed Form of an Alternate Compound, including any such product that is incorporated into a Delivery Device, alone or in combination with one or more other active ingredient(s), whether packaged together or in the same therapeutic formulation.
