Active End User definition

Active End User means an account holder or other client of the Customer (an “End User”) whose identity has been processed or profiled or scored or authenticated or otherwise verified by the Product at least once in the course of the six (6) months immediately preceding the then current date.

Active End User means each individual authorized by You under the License to install and use the Software for the purpose of remotely accessing Passive End Users’ Computers. For purposes of this definition, “control” means ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding shares or beneficial ownership of such subject entity.   • RSA hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, nontransferable perpetual or term (as specified in the applicable Quote) license to run and use those components of the Product as selected an RSA issued Quote, for Customer's own use for the purpose of processing Active End User authentication information on its web portals, online services, and/or its electronic transaction clearing systems.

  • Such license shall be subject always to the Active End User Ceiling as further detailed in this Schedule B.

  • All License keys issued to You remain the property of Devolutions and may be cancelled or suspended at any time without any notice or liability in case of any default by You or an Active End User to comply with this Agreement.

Active End User means a person, organization or other legal entity that: (i) purchased or licensed the Licensed Software from Authorized Partner, (ii) for its own internal purposes and not for distribution to, or use on behalf of, others, and (iii) has paid the applicable software maintenance fees for the time period in which services are requested.

Related to Active End User

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • New Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 17.3(b).

  • Active efforts means affirmative, active, thorough, and timely efforts intended primarily to maintain or reunite an Indian child with the child's family. Active efforts are required if the federal Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 [25 U.S.C. 1901 through 1963] applies or may apply, including during the verification process. If an agency is involved in the child-custody proceeding, active efforts must involve assisting the parent or parents or Indian custodian through the steps of a case plan and with accessing or developing the resources necessary to satisfy the case plan. To the maximum extent possible, active efforts should be provided in a manner consistent with the prevailing social and cultural conditions and way of life of the Indian child's tribe and should be conducted in partnership with the Indian child and the Indian child's parents, extended family members, Indian custodians, and tribe. Active efforts are to be tailored to the facts and circumstances of the case. The term includes:

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.
