Acceptable alternative employment will depend on the circumstances at the time.
Acceptable alternative employment will depend on the circumstances of each case but may include a position of equivalent status (ie full time) and at least of equivalent job level within the Resort or another business (including a business operated by another Employer).
Acceptable alternative employment means employment in the same discipline, without loss of income, within reasonable proximity of the Employee’s home and without imposition of a qualifying or probationary period.
Acceptable alternative employment means a position that is, on balance, comparable to the redundant position in terms of the status of the alternative position (duties, responsibilities and reporting lines), the remuneration payable (wage rate, superannuation contribution rate and allowances payable to the Employee under this agreement), and which recognises the Employees prior service with the Employer.
Acceptable alternative employment shall include, but is not limited to, a position which is of the same ordinary rate of pay; the same job level; within a reasonable commuting distance.
