Comparable Role definition

Comparable Role means an on-going role that:
Comparable Role means a post for which the defined skills, qualifications and/or experience identified in (4)(ii)(a) are required.(5) Any previous periods of service in such employment do not count towards the Employee’s Service for other employment entitlement.(6) The following periods do not count towards an Employee’s Reckonable Service but do not result in that period of Reckonable Service coming to an end—(a) any period of unpaid leave;(b) any period of unpaid sick absence;

  • An Affected Employee may agree to be redeployed to a role that is not a Comparable Role.

  • An Affected Doctor may agree to be redeployed to a role that is not a Comparable Role.
