Where Your. Organisation considers that a change identified pursuant to clause B4.1 requires a change to the Client Funds specified in the ISP for a Client, Your Organisation may submit a Change of Needs application specifying the date on which the change is expected to occur and seeking the Department’s approval to alter the Client Funds for the Client. The Change of Needs application must include the information and any attachments specified in the DSOA Program Manual or otherwise required by the Department.
Where Your. Communication Connection Group has reserved multiple Loop facilities on a single reservation, Your Communication Connection Group may not specify which facility shall be provisioned when submitting the LSR. For those occasions, BellSouth will assign to Your Communication Connection Group, subject to availability, a facility that meets the BellSouth technical standards of the BellSouth type Loop as ordered by Your Communication Connection Group.
Where Your hire is for a minimum of three days We provide a complimentary transfer service from Coolangatta Airport to the Hire Location for the first and last day of the hire where You are eligible for this service.
Where Your. Communication Connection Group has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Your Communication Connection Group. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for Your Communication Connection Group (e.g., hairpinning):
1. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to any spare copper that exists to the customer premises.
2. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to an existing DLC that is not integrated.
3. If capacity exists, provide "side-door" porting through the switch.
4. If capacity exists, provide "Digital Access Cross-Connect System (DACS)-door" porting (if the IDLC routes through a DACS prior to integration into the switch).
Where Your. Residential Unit is separately metered for utility services, including (without limitation) electricity, gas, telephone/tolls, and water charges, you shall be solely liable to pay all charges for utilities consumed in respect of your Residential Unit and we will have no responsibility to meet any of these charges on your behalf.

Where Your. Authorised Signatories are unable to act, the funds shall be disbursed in accordance with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCP), 2019 and other regulating laws relating to mergers and acquisition procedures in Nigeria;
Where Your. Energy Supply is received through a Pre-payment Meter and You terminate this Agreement, we will refund any credit outstanding within 10 Days of the Supply End Date. The refund shall be made by a method agreed with You.
