In some cases, although you may have moved from this area, it may be appropriate for you and your family to continue in the InSight Law Maintenance Plan if “special arrangements” can be mutually agreed upon that satisfy the economic, ethical and legal obligations of both you and the Firm.

THE AGREEMENT IS A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND DISCOVERY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION (“DFCU”) REGARDING A2A AND P2P TRANSFER SERVICE (THE “SERVICE”). THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND ANY PORTION OF THE DFCU ONLINE BANKING SERVICE SITE THROUGH WHICH THE SERVICE IS BEING OFFERED (“SITE”). THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS AND YOU SHOULD READ THEM CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING THE "TRANSFER" BUTTON, YOU CONSENT TO RECEIVE INFORMATION ELECTRONICALLY AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. DFCU RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROVIDE INFORMATION AND NOTICES ABOUT THE SERVICE TO YOU BY NON-ELECTRONIC MEANS.
