Validation of Staff Resume Stated Education Sample Clauses

Validation of Staff Resume Stated Education. Candidate misrepresentation is a serious problem in our industry, but we follow careful steps to validate information and mitigate misrepresentations. In order to confirm education our dedicated technical team will contact the school or schools listed on a resume and request confirmation of dates attended and degrees awarded. If there is an uncertainty of the institution itself, our team will research legitimacy using the U.S. Department of Education’s database of accredited institutions. We will also check the organization against any known diploma xxxxx. Should there be any remaining questions after this research, we request proof of degree and proof of the institution’s accreditation directly from the candidate. Additionally, we ask unexpected questions during the screening process that allow us to look for “senses of authenticity” about a candidate’s experiences: did they live in the dorms, what was campus food like, information on the mascot, etc. Asking these types of questions can frequently uncover made-up answers. If any of this information is unsatisfactory or if the candidate is unable to produce the proper proof of education, we end our conversation with that candidate and move to other qualified candidates.
