Funding Lender shall have the right to audit Borrower’s compliance with the Patriot Act and all applicable requirements of Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction over Borrower and/or the Project, including those relating to money laundering and terrorism.
The Purchaser hereby notifies the County that pursuant to the requirements of the Patriot Act it is required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies the County, which information includes the name and address of the County and other information that will allow the Purchaser to identify the County in accordance with the Patriot Act.
In the event that Xxxxxxxx fails to comply with the Patriot Act or any such requirements of Governmental Authorities, then Funding Lender may, at its option, cause Borrower to comply therewith and any and all costs and expenses incurred by Funding Lender in connection therewith shall be secured by the Security Instrument and shall be immediately due and payable.
