Search Group definition

Search Group means Search, all Search Affiliates, and all officers, directors, employees, shareholders, consultants, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, of either Search or any Search Affiliate.
Search Group means IAC Search, LLC and its subsidiaries taken as a whole as of the Amendment Effective Date.
