Vacation Payoff upon Termination. An employee who terminates employment 10 after more than six (6) months service shall be paid in a lump sum for any unused vacation accrued, 11 not to exceed the maximum year-end balance. Upon the death of an employee in active service, such 12 payment will be made to the estate of the deceased employee.
