VACATION PAY UPON TERMINATION. When an employee is terminated for any reason, he/she shall be entitled to all vacation pay earned and accumulated up to and including the effective date of the termination.
VACATION PAY UPON TERMINATION. On termination from service, the unit member shall be entitled to lump sum compensation for all earned and unused vacation, except that unit members who have not completed six (6) months of employment on regular or restricted status shall not be entitled to such compensation.
