Vacation Insurance is strongly recommended. CANCELLATION POLICY - HOLIDAY In the event that you must cancel your reservation that includes dates for Thanksgiving (Wednesday through Sunday) or any dates from December 15 through January 1st, please be aware that cancellations must be indicated in writing (email is sufficient) to Reservations (Xxxxxxxx@xXxxx.xxx) prior to the trip being cancelled. Cancellations must occur at least 60 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $200.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT CANCEL WITHIN THE 60-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure for any reason including the Covid-19. Vacation Insurance is strongly recommended. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS No barbeque grills of any kind are permitted on balconies or in the unit unless provided by us. No open flames i.e. candle burning is permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS Absolutely NO PETS are allowed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found on the premises tenant will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit. If evidence of pet(s) is found after the tenant has checked out there will be a $250 fee, damage deposit will be forfeited and a charge for damage and cleaning assessed. Service animals require proper credentials. FAMILY RENTAL ONLY Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies. Any and all parties must be pre-approved by manager. FALSIFIED RESERVATION Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, and/or balance of rental payment. May be subject to eviction.

  • ’ Compensation Insurance PURCHASER shall perform the operations in accordance with the requirements of the Workers' Compensation Law of the State of Oregon during the term of this contract. In addition, the PURCHASER, its subcontractors, if any, and all employers providing work, labor, or materials under this contract are subject employers under the Oregon Workers' Compensation Law and shall comply with ORS 656.017 and 656.029, which requires them to provide workers' compensation coverage that satisfies Oregon law for all their subject workers. Out-of-state employers must provide Oregon workers' compensation coverage for their workers who work at a single location within Oregon for more than 30 days in a calendar year. Contractors who perform the operations without the assistance or labor of any employee need not obtain such coverage.

  • Dental and Vision Insurance The Agency shall continue dental and vision plans that permit dependent coverage. The Agency shall continue to pay the premium for dental and vision coverage for the employee only. Dependent coverage shall be paid by the employee.

  • Independent Contractor; Workers’ Compensation Insurance The Contractor is performing as an independent entity under this Contract. Annual Conference reserves the right to select counsel to defend and/or bring any such claims. Notwithstanding the Annual Conference’s right to the choice of counsel, Local Church shall solely be responsible for any and all attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses relating to any and all such actions. The Annual Conference shall promptly notify the Local Church of any claims hereunder, and the Annual Conference shall have the sole right to control and direct all litigation and settle any and all claims hereunder.

  • Workers’ Compensation Insurance Contractor shall obtain and maintain a policy of workers’ compensation insurance for all of Contractor’s employees in accordance with the provisions of Labor Code Sections 3700, et seq., and all other applicable laws and requirements. In case any class of employee is not protected under the workers’ compensation laws for any reason, Contractor shall provide adequate coverage as shall be necessary for the protection of such employees. Prior to commencement of the Work, Contractor shall sign and file with District a certification regarding insurance for workers’ compensation in accordance with Labor Code Section 1861.
