Family Rental Only. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies. Falsified Reservation: any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment. Housekeeping: There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap etc. is provided, but guests will need to provide their own stock of paper items and cleaning supplies to use when the initial stock has been utilized (paper towels, laundry detergent, soap/shampoo, extra toilet paper etc). Additional cleaning fees may apply and are not limited to the following circumstances: linens being damaged or discolored due to guest negligence, proper check out procedures not being followed.

Family Rental Only. We are very serious about maintaining a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of all guests. We will rent to family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25 (proof of age is required). The total number of persons allowed in the unit at any time is restricted to the stated limit for each property. Absolutely no house parties allowed. This includes weddings, wedding parties and receptions. During spring break season, we require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. Any violators will be evicted. Eviction without refund is the penalty. In some instances we do make exceptions for student rentals, this is case by case scenario STUDENTS PLEASE INQUIRE. Falsified Reservation – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit and/or balance of rental payment. Guest will not be permitted to check-in. Note: Units may not be sublet by guest.

  • Family Illness Leave An employee will be granted leave of absence for up to five (5) days per year without loss of pay or benefits for family illness. Additional family illness leave may be granted by the employer.

  • Family Leave 1. An Appointing Authority shall grant to a full time or part time employee who has completed his/her probationary period, or if there is no such probationary period, has been employed for at least three consecutive months, an unpaid leave of absence for up to twenty-six (26) weeks in conjunction with the birth, adoption or placement of a child as long as the leave concludes within twelve (12) months following the birth or placement.
