Common use of Use of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Use of Sick Leave. a. An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, who needs the employee’s care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. An employee(i) A Permanent or Temporary Employee may, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph subclause (iiiii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, below who needs the employee’s that Employee's care and support shall be entitled to support, use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement provided for in clause 18 sick leave provisions of the award, sick leave, this Agreement for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are illrequire care and support because of an illness, injury or unexpected emergency affecting the person. Such leave Leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (i) An employee, other than a casual employee, employee with responsibilities in relation to a class either members of person set out in subparagraph (ii) his/her immediate family or members of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, his/her household who needs the employee’s need care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-sub clause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, Sick Leave entitlement for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single dayshall not exceed twelve and one half (12 ½) days in any calendar year and is not cumulative.

Use of Sick Leave. a. 1.1 An employee, other than a casual employee, employee with responsibilities in relation to a class of or person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, 1.3.2 who needs the employee’s their care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of the awardentitlement which accrues after July 1, sick leave, 1995 for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part , or to attend to matters relating to the eduction of a single daychild or to attend to legal business.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, other than a casual employee, employee with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause), who needs the employee’s 's care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 of the awardClause 25, sick leaveSick Leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to the a class of person set out in subparagraph sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, paragraph 32.1(c) who needs the employee’s care and support support, shall be entitled to use, use (in accordance with this sub-clause, ) any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, Clause 20 - Sick Leave for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

(a) An employee, employee other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (iic)(2) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, who needs the employee’s employees care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement provided for in at clause 18 of the award, sick leave18, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. 26.1.1 An employee, other than a casual employee, employee with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, who needs the employee’s care and support 26.1.3 shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of the awardentitlement for, sick leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons person when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part , to attend to matters relating to the education of a single daychild or to attend to legal business.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (i) An employee, other than a casual employee, employee with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (iiiii) of paragraph (cb) of this sub-clause, below who needs the employee’s their care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 which accrues after the date of the award, sick leave, ratification of this Award for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, subclause who needs the employee’s 's care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement provided for in clause 18 of the award6.2, sick leaveSick Leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause), who needs the employee’s 's care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 of the award26, sick leaveSick Leave, for absences to provide care and support support, for such persons when they are illill or who require care due to an unexpected emergency. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. An employee, other than a casual employee, (i) A staff member with responsibilities in relation to a class either members of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, their immediate family or significant others who needs the employee’s need their care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-sub clause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, entitlement for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single dayshall not exceed ten (10) days in any calendar year and is not cumulative.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph 21 (c) of this sub-clause, (i) who needs the employee’s 's care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 of the award24, sick leaveSick Leave, for absences to provide care and support support, for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, employee other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause17.1(c), who needs the employee’s care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, 16 — Sick Leave for absences to provide care and support support, for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, other than a casual employee, employee with responsibilities in relation to a class either members of person set out in subparagraph (ii) their immediate family or members of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, their household who needs the employee’s need their care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of entitlement which accrues after the award, sick leave, date this Agreement comes into effect for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause), who needs the employee’s care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 of the awardClause 16, sick leaveSick Leave, for absences to provide care and support support, for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph subclause (iiiii)(b) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, below who needs the employee’s care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 at Clause 14A, Xxxx Leave of the this award, sick leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

(a) An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph sub-clause (ii2) of paragraph sub-clause (c) of this sub-clause), who needs the employee’s care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, clause any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 the Sick Leave Clause of the award, sick leavethis Agreement, for absences to provide care and support support, for such persons when they are ill. Use of Sick Leave. a. 45.4.1.1 An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clausesubclause 45.4.1.3.2, who needs the employee’s 's care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 of the awardClause 43, sick leaveSick Leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are illill or who require care due to an unexpected emergency. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clauseparagraphs 23.2.4(ii), who needs the employee’s care and support shall support, will be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement provided for in at sub-clause 18 23.1 of the award, sick leavethis Agreement, for absences to provide care and support support, for such persons when they are ill, or who require care due to an unexpected emergency. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. 29.1.1. An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii29.1.3(b) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, who needs the employee’s care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement provided for in at clause 18 24 of the award, sick leavethis Agreement, for the absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. 29.1.1 An employee, employee other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) 29.1.3.2 of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause29.1.3, who needs the employee’s care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, Clause 8 - Sick Leave for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. [a] An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause), who needs the employee’s 's care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, entitlement which accrues after 1 June 1997 for absences to provide care and support support, for such persons when they are ill. [c] The entitlement to use sick leave in accordance with this subclause is subject to: [i] the employee being responsible for the care of the person concerned; and

Use of Sick Leave. a. 44.1.1 An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii44.2(ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, who needs the employee’s 's care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement provided for in clause 18 of the award43, sick leaveSick Leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause), who needs the employee’s care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 of the awardClause 11, sick leave, for absences to provide care and support support, for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. An employee, (a) A staff member other than a casual employee, staff member with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, who needs the employeestaff member’s care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement provided for in clause 18 of the awardClause 21, sick leaveSick Leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (i) An employee, other than a casual employee, employee with responsibilities in relation to a class either members of person set out in subparagraph (ii) their immediate family or members of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, their household who needs the employee’s need their care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, for absences entitlement accrued to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part , injured or because of a single dayan unexpected emergency.

Use of Sick Leave. a. 1.1 An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph 1.3. (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, who needs the employee’s care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, subclause any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 at Clause X of the award, sick leave, for absences to provide care and support support, for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. a) An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause), who needs the employee’s 's care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in subclause 15 (a), Sick Leave, of clause 18 of the award15, sick leaveLeave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. xiii) An employee, other than a casual employee, employee with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii27a)iii)b) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, who needs the employee’s their care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 entitlement which accrues after the date of operation of the award, sick leave, Agreement for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill, provided that an employee shall be guaranteed at least one week's sick leave. Use of Sick Leave. a. 20.1.1 An employeeEmployee, other than a casual employeeEmployee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause20.1.3.2, who needs the employee’s Employee's care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave16 "Sick Leave", for absences to provide care and support support, for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single one day. This entitlement is effective from the date of approval of this Agreement.

Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. 29.1.1 An employee, employee other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) 29.1.3.2 of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause29.1.3, who needs the employee’s care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, Clause 8 ‐ Sick Leave for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

(i) An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii20.2(b) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, who needs the employee’s care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clauseSubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, at Clause 16 for absences to provide care and support support, for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. 6.8.1(a) An employee, other than a casual employee, employee with responsibilities in relation to a class either members of person set out in subparagraph (ii) their immediate family or members of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, their household who needs the employee’s need their care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, entitlement which accrues for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single dayill or injured.

Use of Sick Leave. a. 26.1.1 An employee, other than a casual employee, employee with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, who needs the employee’s care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of the awardentitlement for, sick leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons person when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part , to attend to matters relating to the education of a single daychild or to attend to legal business.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, employee other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, (2) who needs the employee’s care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, 2 days carers leave per year (non accumulative) prior to the use of any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement provided for in at clause 18 21 of the award, sick leaveAgreement, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph subclause (iiiii)(b) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, below who needs the employee’s care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 at Clause 14A, Sick Leave of the this award, sick leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause), who needs the employee’s 's care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-sub clause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 of the awardClause 20, sick leaveSick Leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, 39.1.3.2.2 who needs the employee’s care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave12 – Sick Leave, for absences absence to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, other than a casual employee, employee with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (cd) of this sub-clause, who needs the employee’s their care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, entitlement which accrues after 15 September 1995 for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clausesubclause, who needs the employee’s care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement provided for in clause 18 of the award21, sick leaveSick Leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. An an employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, subclause 16.3 who needs the employee’s care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in at clause 18 15 Sick Leave of the award, sick leavethis Agreement, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

(a) An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person as set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, subclause who needs the employee’s 's care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement provided for in clause 18 of the award28, sick leaveSick Leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. 1) An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, Clauses 8.2 and 8.4 who needs the employee’s 's care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this subSub-clause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 at Clause 19 of the Food Preservers (State) Award of the award, sick leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (cc)(ii) of this sub-clausesubclause, who needs the employee’s 's care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, entitlement for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, other than a casual employee, employee with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (iic)(ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, who needs the employee’s their care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, clause any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, entitlement for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. (a) An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause), who needs the employee’s care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement provided for in clause 18 20 - Sick Leave, to a maximum of the award76 hours per year, sick leave, for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, who needs the employee’s care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 of the award, sick leave, . Sick leave used for absences such absence(s) to provide care and support for such reliant persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. 3.25.1.1 An employee, other than a casual employee, . with responsibilities in relation to a class either members of person set out in subparagraph (ii) their immediate family or members of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause, their household who needs the employee’s need their care and support shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements provided for in clause 18 entitlement which accrues after the commencement of the award, sick leave, this agreement for absences to provide care and support for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Use of Sick Leave. a. 3.6.1.1 An employee, other than a casual employee, with responsibilities in relation to a class of person set out in subparagraph (ii) 3.6.2.2 through 3.6.2.6 of paragraph (c) of this sub-clause3.6.2, who needs the employee’s 's care and support support, shall be entitled to use, in accordance with this sub-clausesubclause, any current or accrued sick leave entitlements entitlement, provided for in clause 18 of the award3.4, sick leaveSick Leave, for absences to provide care and support support, for such persons when they are ill. Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.

Such leave may be taken for part of a single day.
