Use of Credit Card. Section 7.01. (a) All business expenses reasonably incurred by Employee in promoting and supervising the business of Employer including expenditures for entertainment, gifts and travel, are to be paid for, insofar as possible, by the use of credit cards in the name of Employer which will be furnished to Employee and paid for by Employer.

Use of Credit Card a.The Applicant shall ensure that each Card issued to him/her and/or an Authorised User is signed immediately upon receipt and that every reasonable precaution is taken to keep each Card and its associated PIN Safe.
Use of Credit Card. You acknowledge that credit card and billing information you provide for the processing of your payment is valid. You acknowledge a 3% fee, with a minimum of $1.00, will be charged as a convenience or service fee related to payment processing. You agree that your failure to pay all applicable Filing Fees or your act of canceling any credit card transaction for applicable Filing Fees gives the NHJB the right and authority to take such actions as they deem necessary to collect such fees and any costs associated with collection of such fees. Such actions include, but are not limited to, (a) dismissing the case or not accepting the document for which the fee was not paid; (b) filing a court action against you;, (c) reporting such action to credit rating services;, (d) working with your credit card company to cause the charge to be made;, and (e) assigning such nonpayment to a collection agency.
Use of Credit Card. 3.10 If the Customer intends to use their credit card to pay Human Pixel, the Customer must register the relevant credit card account with Human Pixel, and provide authorisation to debit the Customer’s credit card for all charges.
Use of Credit Card. I agree that I should not use another individual’s credit card for any order without the individual’s prior written approval. I must provide a copy of such written approval to Nu Skin Philippines upon request.

If T-Mobile agrees Customer may pay Charges with a credit card, T-Mobile will charge Customer’s credit card at the time of billing for all amounts or other obligations Customer has incurred. Customer also authorizes T-Mobile to charge Customer’s credit card at or after termination of Service to pay all outstanding Master Account balances. If Customer has not authorized Charges to be made to a credit card, or Customer revokes such authorization, or if for any reason Customer’s credit card issuer does not pay T-Mobile, T-Mobile must receive payment from Customer on or before the due date, or T-Mobile may suspend or terminate the Service in accordance with the terms of Section 6 of the Agreement.
