Professional Organizations. During the Term, Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the annual dues payable for membership in professional societies associated with subject matter related to the Company's interests. New memberships for which reimbursement will be sought shall be approved by the Company in advance.
Professional Organizations. Full-time members with specific duties in a national, regional or state professional organization will receive funding and secretarial support for activities which bring credit to the Connecticut State University within the limits of budgetary constraints. Arrangements for such support shall be made by the member in consultation with the department Chairperson and the appropriate Xxxx. This clause shall not be construed to include labor organizational activities involved with collective bargaining and related matters.
Professional Organizations. During the Term, Sucampo shall reimburse Executive for the annual dues payable for membership in professional societies associated with the Executive’s job responsibilities or subject matters related to Sucampo’s interests. Sucampo shall only reimburse for a new membership if and after Sucampo has approved such membership.
Professional Organizations. The District shall provide funds for membership in a professional organization. Any reimbursement for additional organizations must be approved in advance by the Superintendent.
Professional Organizations. Subject to prior approval of the Superintendent, the Assistant Principal shall be reimbursed for all dues and membership fees to a reasonable number of professional organizations.
Professional Organizations. If an employee is required by the Employer to belong to a professional organization, the dues shall be paid by the Employer and attendance will be on-duty time.
Professional Organizations. Bank shall pay for or reimburse Executive for costs incurred by Executive during the Term for membership fees and dues of professional organizations that Executive reasonably considers useful and relevant to the discharge of his duties for Bank.
Professional Organizations. The Superintendent shall devote the Superintendent’s time, attention, and energy to the direction, administration, and supervision of the District. The Board, however, encourages the continued professional growth of the Superintendent through the Superintendent’s active attendance and participation in appropriate professional meetings, seminars, conferences, or courses at the local, regional, state, and national level. In its encouragement of the Superintendent to grow professionally, the Board shall permit a reasonable amount of release time for the Superintendent as the Superintendent and the Board deem appropriate, to attend such meetings, seminars, conferences, or courses. The District does hereby agree to provide in the District’s budget per contract year an amount to be used for registration, travel, meals, lodging, and other related expenses. The District shall pay for the Superintendent’s membership dues to the Texas Association of School Administrators and one other professional organization selected by the Superintendent.
Professional Organizations. A. The College encourages attendance by faculty at state, regional, and national meetings of their professional organizations, or at meetings involving their academic or occupational specialties.
Professional Organizations. An extended personal leave of absence without pay, shall be granted to any teacher upon application for the purpose of serving as a full-time, paid officer or a national or state professional education organization. Such leave shall be granted one (1) year at a time. On returning from such leave, the teacher shall be returned to his/her former position or to a substantially similar position, if available.
