Medical and Disability Coverage. Executive shall have the right to all medical coverage and long term disability coverage on the same terms and conditions as provided to other employees of Employer holding management positions. It is agreed and understood that Employer shall obtain reasonable medical, dental, and liability insurance for the benefit of Executive and other members of management as soon hereafter as is practical, and it shall use its best efforts to maintain such policies at all time during the employment term. In the event that any such policy is not maintained by Employer, Employer shall pay Executive an additional $500.00 per month to enable Executive to secure one or more of such policies on his own.

Medical and Disability Coverage. During the Employment Term, Employer agrees that, if and to the extent Employer provides the same to other executive officers of Employer, Employer will provide Executive with participation in health, dental or other medical insurance plan, disability plan, life insurance plan or any other employee benefit plan from time to time in force on terms no less favorable than those provided to such other executive officers. Medical and Disability Coverage. Employer agrees to include Executive, his spouse, and those of his children who qualify as his dependents under Section 152 of the Internal Revenue code of 1986 (hereinafter "Executive's Family") in the coverage of its medical and disability insurance, including medical, dental, vision, accidental death and dismemberment, and long term disability coverage. Employer further agrees to reimburse Executive for all medical and dental expenses incurred by Executive and Executive's Family, provided however, that those reimbursements shall be limited to the expenses, or portions thereof, not covered by insurance.

  • Life and Disability Insurance The Company will provide term life and disability insurance payable to the Employee, in each case in an amount up to a maximum of one times the Employee’s base salary in effect from time to time, provided however, that such amount will be reduced by the amount of any life insurance or death or disability benefit coverage, as applicable, that is provided to the Employee under any other benefit plans or arrangements of the Company. Such policies will be in accordance with the Company’s standard policies from time to time with respect to such insurance and the rules established for individual participation in such plans and under applicable law.

  • Death and Disability (a) The Employment Term shall terminate on the date of Employee's death, in which event Employee's Salary, reimbursable expenses and benefits owing to Employee through the date of Employee's death shall be paid to his estate. Employee's estate will not be entitled to any other compensation upon termination of this Agreement pursuant to this subparagraph 8(a).

  • Long-Term Disability Insurance Salary continuation benefit for total disability. Benefit commences with ninetieth day of disability and continues to a maximum of age sixty-five. Annual maximum benefit shall be 60% of the Base Salary.

  • Death and Disability Benefits (a) In the event the Executive’s employment with the Bank terminates during the Employment Period because of the Executive’s death, then the Bank shall pay to the Executive’s estate the benefits listed in sections 9(b)(i) and 9(b)(ii) of this Agreement.

  • Long-Term Disability The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all Long-Term and Life Time Disability plans which other senior executives of the Company or affiliates of the Company are eligible.

  • Disability If the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of the Executive's Disability during the Employment Period, this Agreement shall terminate without further obligations to the Executive, other than for payment of Accrued Obligations and the timely payment or provision of Other Benefits. Accrued Obligations shall be paid to the Executive in a lump sum in cash within 30 days of the Date of Termination. With respect to the provision of Other Benefits, the term Other Benefits as utilized in this Section 6(c) shall include, and the Executive shall be entitled after the Disability Effective Date to receive, disability and other benefits at least equal to the most favorable of those generally provided by the Company and its affiliated companies to disabled executives and/or their families in accordance with such plans, programs, practices and policies relating to disability, if any, as in effect generally with respect to other peer executives and their families at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive and/or the Executive's family, as in effect at any time thereafter generally with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies and their families.

  • Medical and Dental Coverage The Company agrees to provide --------------------------- coverage to Executive and dependent members of his family under the same medical and dental plans as may be maintained from time to time in the discretion of the Board for the other executive officers of the Company.

  • Medical and Dental Benefits If Executive’s employment is subject to a Termination, then to the extent that Executive or any of Executive’s dependents may be covered under the terms of any medical or dental plans of the Company (or an Affiliate) for active employees immediately prior to the Termination Date, then, provided Executive is eligible for and elects coverage under the health care continuation rules of COBRA, the Company shall provide Executive and those dependents with coverage equivalent to the coverage in effect immediately prior to the Termination. For a period of twelve (12) months (18 months for a Termination during a Covered Period), Executive shall be required to pay the same amount as Executive would pay if Executive continued in employment with the Company during such period and thereafter Executive shall be responsible for the full cost of such continued coverage; provided, however, that such coverage shall be provided only to the extent that it does not result in any additional tax or other penalty being imposed on the Company (or an Affiliate) or violate any nondiscrimination requirements then applicable with respect to the applicable plans. The coverages under this Section 4(e) may be procured directly by the Company (or an Affiliate, if appropriate) apart from, and outside of the terms of the respective plans, provided that Executive and Executive’s dependents comply with all of the terms of the substitute medical or dental plans, and provided, further, that the cost to the Company and its Affiliates shall not exceed the cost for continued COBRA coverage under the Company’s (or an Affiliate’s) plans, as set forth in the immediately preceding sentence. In the event Executive or any of Executive’s dependents is or becomes eligible for coverage under the terms of any other medical and/or dental plan of a subsequent employer with plan benefits that are comparable to Company (or Affiliate) plan benefits, the Company’s and its Affiliates’ obligations under this Section 4(e) shall cease with respect to the eligible Executive and/or dependent. Executive and Executive’s dependents must notify the Company of any subsequent employment and provide information regarding medical and/or dental coverage available.

  • Death; Disability If Executive’s employment terminates due to Executive’s death or Disability, then the Company shall pay or provide Executive (or the legal representative of his estate in the case of his death) with:
