Use of Assistance. The Government shall exert its best efforts to make the most effective use of the assistance provided by the UNDP and shall use such assistance for the purpose for which it is intended. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, the Government shall take such steps to this end as are specified in the Project Document.

Use of Assistance. Any commodities, supplies, or other property provided under United States assistance programs will be used for the purposes agreed upon by the Government of the United States of America and the recipient of the assistance in the Republic of Belarus. If use of any commodities, supplies or other property provided to the Government of the Republic of Belarus occurs for purposes other than those agreed upon under such programs and if such use could reasonably have been prevented by appropriate action of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Belarus upon request shall refund in United States dollars to the Government of the United States of America the amount disbursed for such commodities, supplies, or other property. The Government of the United States of America may, in its discretion, make available the amount refunded to finance other costs of the assistance activity involved.
Use of Assistance. 1. The authorized official of the assisting jurisdiction shall determine the type of personnel to be dispatched and shall use the Police Mutual Aid Radio System (PMARS – 821.3625/866.3625 MHz) to acknowledge the request, including in the acknowledgement the amount and type of assistance that shall be provided.

Use of Assistance. Any direct cap- ital or operating assistance provided to the RMC must be used for purposes of performing eligible activities with re- spect to public housing as may be pro- vided under the contract.

  • Duration of Assistance Program funds will be distributed as a one-time payment to the servicer.

  • Plan of Assistance a. If an educator receives an “Unsatisfactory” rating on any component on the summative evaluation, a written Notification of Unsatisfactory Performance will be provided to the educator which will include areas requiring improvement.

  • Structure of Assistance The Program is envisioned as a revolving fund. The Program will make a five-year, non-recourse, zero-percent forgivable, non- amortizing loan in which a second lien is recorded on the property. Twenty percent of the loan will be forgiven for each year the loan is outstanding. If the property is sold or refinanced prior to the loan termination date, the Program will recover funds should sufficient equity be available from the transaction. The Program will recycle recovered funds in order to provide additional program assistance until December 31, 2017, at which time any recovered funds will be returned to Treasury.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Sixty Thousand, Forty Dollars ($260,040). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CU06V.

  • Mutual Assistance Each party shall assist the other in complying with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. In particular, each party shall:

  • Legal Assistance The Board shall give full support including legal and other assistance for any assault upon the employee while properly acting in the discharge of his/her duties.

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.

  • PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GRANT As authorized by Section 2 of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars ($249,998). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CG10R. Once this grant amount is fully expended, the loan amount, which is part of this Project Agreement, will be drawn on for disbursing the remaining OPWC obligations contained in this Agreement. An exception applies if the loan amount is necessitated for the local share. In which case, grant and loan assistance will be disbursed concurrently. LOAN

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.
