PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the Clean Ohio Conservation Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Eight Hundred Thirty One Thousand Dollars ($ 831,000). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a grant.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section 2 of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the Clean Ohio Conservation Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand, Two Hundred Twenty Dollars ($ 274,220). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a grant.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section 2 of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Seven Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($780,000). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CD21P.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CP18V.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand, Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine Dollars ($124,859). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CM14U.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section 2 of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Dollars ($472,000). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CPX02.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OSGCIC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars ($395,000). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OSGCIC Grant Control No. is CT63T.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section 2 of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand, Five Hundred Seventy-Four Dollars ($237,574). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CE25P.

PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. As authorized by Section II of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the Local Transportation Improvement Fund allocated out of the State and Local Government Highway Distribution Fund, in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand, Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($185,950).
