Union-Employer Health and Safety Committee. A Health and Safety Committee shall be established which is composed of an equal number of Union and Employer Representatives, but with a minimum of two (2) Union and two (2) Employer members. The Health and Safety Committee shall hold meetings at least once every three (3) months for the purpose of jointly fulfilling its role pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
