Foot Wear and Rain Gear. Where an employee works outside and requires rain gear, and/or is required to wear safety footwear which must comply with WorkSafe BC regulations, the Employer shall provide each year to regular, full-time employees, or casual employees after the completion of 1000 hours of work each year, fifty percent (50%) of the cost of purchase of rain gear, and/or purchase or repair of safety shoes. The Employer's share for either or both items shall be a maximum of two hundred ($200.00) per annum, per such employee, payable only upon submission of a receipt or receipts by such employee.

The Employer's share for either or both items shall be a maximum of one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00) per annum, per such employee, payable only upon submission of a receipt or receipts by such employee.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

  • Rental Equipment 7.1 We will at all times own all Rental Equipment supplied to you.   • Sale Area When portions of the sale area become subject to a foreign or domestic governmental regulation or order that will likely prevent timber harvest for a period that will exceed the expiration date of this contract, and Purchaser has complied with this contract, the following shall apply:

  • STANDARD EQUIPMENT All items of standard equipment which are provided by the OEM shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted by the Authorized User or are specified to be other than standard in the Mini-Bid. When Optional equipment is specified, all components listed in the OEM’s data book as being included with the Option shall be furnished.
