Unattended Pets. Housekeeping services will not be provided if your pet is in the room. This is for the safety of your pet and our staff. Guest must contact the front desk to schedule a convenient time for servicing v Noisy or Disturbing Pet. I understand that should my pet disturb other hotel guests, the hotel will have no other choice but to refuse to continuing accommodation for my pet. Additionally, I understand that I will be responsible for any compensation given to other hotel guests as a result of any disturbance my pet causes.

Unattended Pets. Pets will not be tied outside or left unattended in the unit at any time for any reason. Tenant agrees the pet will be kept inside the unit at all times unless Tenant accompanies pet outside. All pets must be kept on a leash and under the control of the Tenant when outside. Unleashed animals will be considered stray, and animal control will be called.
Unattended Pets. If a dog is left unattended for 24 hours, or if any other pet permitted under this Agreement is left unattended for an unreasonable period of time such that the animal’s or residents’ health or safety is put at risk, Tacoma Housing Authority (THA) may enter a unit to transfer the pet to the proper authority. THA accepts no responsibility for pets so removed.

  • Luggage (i) Tour participants are entitled to one suitcase per person. Your suitcase must not exceed 76 x 53 x 28cms (30’’ x 21’’x 11’’) and must not weigh more than 23kg (50lbs).

  • Lunch If the Company elects to furnish a lunch meal, it will be suitable and may be in the form of a box lunch. The meal shall be eaten at the job site or a Company designated location. Employees eating a box lunch or other Company-provided lunch at the job site will be allowed 30 minutes paid time to eat and will also be granted the dollar amount of the meal allowance as specified under the labor agreement.

  • Classroom Interruptions Classroom interruptions shall be kept to a minimum. Principals shall establish schedules for the use of the intercom services in each school, including staff use. The schedule shall be posted. Deviations from the schedule shall be made only in an emergency or when other means of communication are not possible or feasible.

  • First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate. There shall be no stacking or pyramiding of premiums.

  • Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

  • Lunch Breaks The lunch break will consist of a one-half hour (or one hour where scheduled) unpaid break taken mid-way during regular work day. In the event that an employee is required to work during his regular lunch period he shall be allowed a one-half hour lunch period between the hours of ll:30 a.m. and l:00 p.m., otherwise he shall be paid double time for working through said lunch period.

  • Sick Leave Use Sick leave will be charged in one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour increments and may be used for the following reasons:

  • Video Display Terminals ‌ The Employer shall ensure that any new office equipment or facility required for use in conjunction with VDTs shall meet the standards recommended by the Workers' Compensation Board.

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.
