Common use of Types of Leaves of Absence Clause in Contracts

Types of Leaves of Absence. There are four (4) types of leaves of absences. All requests must be in writing and require the approval of the Appointing Authority or designee and the County’s Human Resources Director. Upon request, the Appointing Authority or designee and the County’s Human Resources Director may grant successive leaves of absence. All benefits shall be administered in accordance with the appropriate section of this MOU.
