ACCESS TO NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATIONS. A worker representative will be allowed up to twenty (20) minutes after the employer orientation to meet with the group of new bargaining unit workers who have completed the facility orientation provided by the Employer. The worker representative will obtain prior written supervisory approval before he/she will be released to participate in this meeting. The employer will provide the Union with no less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice of New Employee Orientations.

ACCESS TO NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATIONS. The District shall provide CODAA access to its new employee orientations. Such access shall belimited to no less than 60 minutes of the orientation process for group orientations or 15 minutes for one-on-one orientations. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, CODAA access shall occur at the endof the new employee orientation. CODAA shall receive not less than ten (10) days' notice in advance of an orientation, except that a shorter notice may be provided as agreed upon and in specific instances where there is an urgent need critical to the District's operations that was not reasonably foreseeable. Orientation sessions may include individual (one-on-one) newhire meetings with a Human Resources representative, a site administrator,and/or group orientation sessions.
ACCESS TO NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATIONS. Reasonable time, but not longer than twenty (20) minutes shall be granted for a worker representative of the Union to make a presentation at the orientation of the new employees on behalf of the Union. A designated worker representative will be notified by the Employer, monthly in writing, of new bargaining unit employees hired. This list will include names, phone numbers, department and shift of new bargaining unit employees. If the Employer does not offer an orientation within fourteen (14) calendar days of hire, the worker representative may request to meet with the new employee or group of new employees in the bargaining unit. Subject to supervisory approval regarding scheduling, the Union representative will be allowed to meet on work time to make the presentation.

The facility worker representative will obtain prior supervisory approval before he/she will be released to participate in this meeting. The facility worker representative will not clock out to attend this meeting.

All attendees will be paid for their time at the meeting, except those who have previously received the Union portion of the orientation at the Facility New Employee Orientation. If an employee is unable to attend this meeting the Union Representative or the Worker Advocate will be allowed to meet with them on or at the next regularly scheduled orientation.

All attendees will be paid for their time at the meeting, except those who have previously received the Union portion of the orientation at the Facility New Employee Orientation. If an employee is unable to attend this meeting the Union Representative or the Worker Advocate will be allowed to meet with them on or at the next regularly scheduled orientation.

If an employee is unable to attend this meeting the Union Representative or the Worker Advocate will be allowed to meet with them on the clock at for thirty (30) minutes to conduct an orientation.
ACCESS TO NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATIONS. The District shall provide CSEA mandatory access to its new employee orientations. The CSEA Labor Relations Representative may attend an orientation session. The orientation session may be held on District property. During CSEA’s orientation session, no District manager or supervisor or non-unit employee shall be present.
