TWO-SEMESTER FACULTY. ‌ Faculty assigned up to thirty percent (30%) of an academic year’s contractual load, with 56 scheduled office hours will be compensated as follows: Summer 2012: 23% previous academic year’s base salary Loads less than thirty percent (30%) of an academic year’s full load will require the office hour total (based on a total of 56) and compensation to be reduced on a pro rata basis. Loads in excess of thirty percent (30%) of an academic year’s contractual load will be compensated at the overload rate. Summer 2013 and thereafter: two (2) times the overload pay rate Loads less than thirty percent (30%) of an academic year’s full load will require the office hour total (based on a total of 56) to be reduced on a pro rata basis. Loads in excess of thirty percent (30%) of an academic year’s contractual load will be compensated at the overload rate. The maximum summer load is 50% of an academic year’s contractual load. Due to the limited number of College course offerings in the summer, full-time Faculty may have to teach outside the seven-hour day and at any location in the district where the College offers classes. No individual Faculty Member will be assigned more than a four (4) day work week in any Summer Session without his/her written permission. This includes Faculty who teach a full year sequence of courses offered during the Summer Session, e.g. the General Chemistry sequence, etc. Faculty load may be distributed over four (4) or fewer days through mutual agreement between the Faculty Member and his/her appropriate Administrator. At least seventy-five percent (75%) of course offerings (classes) in which students receive three (3) or more semester hours of credit will be scheduled over two (2), three (3), or four (4) days during the Summer Session.

  • Wage Scale The wages shown in Appendix A will be part of this Agreement.

  • Prosthodontics We Cover prosthodontic services as follows: • Removable complete or partial dentures, for Members 15 years of age and above, including six (6) months follow-up care; • Additional services including insertion of identification slips, repairs, relines and rebases and treatment of cleft palate; and • Interim prosthesis for Members five (5) to 15 years of age. We do not Cover implants or implant related services. Fixed bridges are not Covered unless they are required: • For replacement of a single upper anterior (central/lateral incisor or cuspid) in a patient with an otherwise full complement of natural, functional and/or restored teeth; • For cleft palate stabilization; or • Due to the presence of any neurologic or physiologic condition that would preclude the placement of a removable prosthesis, as demonstrated by medical documentation.

  • Benefit Level Two Health Care Network Determination Issues regarding the health care networks for the 2017 insurance year shall be negotiated in accordance with the following procedures:

  • Indigenous Peoples 11. The Borrower shall ensure, and shall cause UWSCG to ensure, that the Project does not have any indigenous peoples impact within the meaning of the SPS. In the event that the Project does have any such impact, the Borrower shall, and shall cause UWSCG to, take all steps required to ensure that the Project complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Borrower relating to indigenous peoples and the SPS.

  • Joint Funded Project with the Ohio Department of Transportation In the event that the Recipient does not have contracting authority over project engineering, construction, or right-of- way, the Recipient and the OPWC hereby assign certain responsibilities to the Ohio Department of Transportation, an authorized representative of the State of Ohio. Notwithstanding Sections IV, VI.A., VI.B., VI.C., and VII of the Project Agreement, Recipient hereby acknowledges that upon notification by the Ohio Department of Transportation, all payments for eligible project costs will be disbursed by the Grantor directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation. A Memorandum of Funds issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation shall be used to certify the estimated project costs. Upon receipt of a Memorandum of Funds from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the OPWC shall transfer funds directly to the Ohio Department of Transportation via an Intra-State Transfer Voucher. The amount or amounts transferred shall be determined by applying the Participation Percentages defined in Appendix D to those eligible project costs within the Memorandum of Funds. In the event that the Project Scope is for right-of-way only, notwithstanding Appendix D, the OPWC shall pay for 100% of the right-of-way costs not to exceed the total financial assistance provided in Appendix C. APPENDIX D LOCAL SUBDIVISION CONTRIBUTION, PROJECT FINANCING AND EXPENSES SCHEME AND DISBURSEMENT RATIO

  • Bilingual Pay 1. Except as provided in 2. below, qualified employees who meet the following criteria shall receive an additional forty (40) cents per hour (approximately sixty-nine [69] dollars per month) for all hours actually paid. This will not apply to the class of Interpreter.

  • Child Rearing Teachers shall be granted a leave for child rearing purposes of up to one (1) year without pay or increment. This includes both adoption and birth. Upon written request, such leave may be extended up to one (1) year without pay or increment.
