Xxxxxxx Effect. Except as otherwise provided herein, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Additionally, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect following termination of the Agreement.
Xxxxxxx Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns; provided, however, that this Agreement may not be assigned by either party without the express written consent of the other party.
Xxxxxxx Effect. Except as amended hereby, the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. Reference to this Amendment Number Five need not be made in the Agreement or any other instrument or document executed in connection therewith, or in any certificate, letter or communication issued or made pursuant to, or with respect to, the Agreement, any reference in any of such items to the Agreement being sufficient to refer to the Agreement as amended hereby. Xxxxxxx Effect. This Agreement will extend to, benefit, and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, beneficiaries, successors, and assigns.
Xxxxxxx Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the Parties and their respective legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns.
Xxxxxxx Effect. This Lease is binding upon and inures to the benefit of the parties to this Lease and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and permitted assigns.
Xxxxxxx Effect. This Contract will inure to the benefit of, and will be binding upon, the parties to this Contract and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.
Xxxxxxx Effect. Owner’s obligation to pay Broker an earned fee is binding upon Owner and Owner’s heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and permitted assignees.
Xxxxxxx Effect. Except as expressly amended and modified by this Amendment, the Existing Servicing Agreement shall continue to be, and shall remain, in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
Xxxxxxx Effect. This Lease Agreement is binding upon and inures to the benefit of the parties to this Lease Agreement and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns.
