Transmission Service Agreement. (a) Seller may terminate this Agreement in the event that the TSA is terminated for any reason other than a default by Buyer under the TSA, which is also an Event of Default by Buyer under Section 9.1(f)(ii) or (iii) of this Agreement. Unless the TSA is terminated (x) prior to the Commercial Operation Date pursuant to Section 3.3.3(a) or 3.3.5 of the TSA or (y) due to a Non-Excused Outage under the TSA, subject to the return of Credit Support as provided in Section 6.3, such termination of this Agreement by Seller shall be without liability under this Agreement. If the TSA is terminated prior to the Commercial Operation Date pursuant to Section 3.3.3(a) or 3.3.5 of the TSA, then upon Seller’s termination of this Agreement under this Section 8.3(a), Seller shall pay Buyer the Termination Payment calculated in accordance with Section 9.3(b)(ii)(B). If the termination of the TSA occurs on or after the Commercial Operation Date due to a Non-Excused Outage under the TSA, then upon Seller’s termination of this Agreement under this Section 8.3(a), Seller shall pay Buyer the Termination Payment in accordance with Section 9.3(b)(iv)(B). Nothing herein shall be construed as a waiver or modification of any rights or remedies of Buyer under the TSA.
Transmission Service Agreement. This TRANSMISSION SERVICE AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), dated as of October 4, 2010 (the "Execution Date"), is made and entered into by and between Northern Pass Transmission LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of New Hampshire ("Owner"), and Hydro Renewable Energy Inc. (f/k/a H.Q. Hydro Renewable Energy, Inc.), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware ("Purchaser"). Owner and Purchaser are hereinafter sometimes also referred to individually as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties."
Transmission Service Agreement a contract to be signed between the ONS and the CONCESSIONAIRES, which establishes the terms and conditions for the provision of PUBLIC SERVICE OF ELECTRIC POWER TRANSMISSION to the USERS, by a concessionaire that owns the POWER TRANSMISSION FACILITIES that are part of the BASIC NETWORK, under the administration and coordination of the ONS.
Transmission Service Agreement. The Parties shall cooperate and work together in good faith to cause the Transmission Service Agreement, together with all exhibits and schedules attached thereto, to be executed on or before the start of the commissioning of the Project. Such documents shall conform specifically to the Project’s details, including those that address issues relating to the Project Site, the Project Real Property Agreements, applicable Laws, and the Project Permits.

Transmission Service Agreement. The Transmission Service Agreement shall have been executed in a form satisfactory to Beneficiary(s).
Transmission Service Agreement. Buyer agrees to cooperate with Seller at the cost and expense of Seller in Seller’s arranging of transmission service, pursuant to the applicable XXXXx, which could enable Seller to sell Energy to other parties during any period during which Buyer is unable to accept Energy from the Facility and/or a Buyer Default has occurred and is continuing. It is acknowledged by Seller that Buyer has no rights, interests or entitlements in any systems or facilities for the transmission of such Energy or under any OATT.
Transmission Service Agreement. Seller shall, at Seller’s sole cost and expense, arrange transmission service, pursuant to the applicable XXXXx, which would enable Seller to sell Facility Energy to other parties during any period as described in Section 7.4.
