Project Permits definition

Project Permits means all permits, licenses or other third-party approvals necessary or convenient for the acquisition, construction, management or operation of the Project, including all permits, licenses or other third-party approvals required so that a Project Participant may use Water Offsets.
Project Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(a).
Project Permits means all of the permits listed on the Transfer Plan.

Examples of Project Permits in a sentence

  • Upon notice by the Cooperative, a withdrawing Project Participant shall apply to withdraw from any Project Permits issued in its name and shall not oppose or challenge any modification to a Project Permit necessitated by its withdrawal.

Project Permits has the meaning specified in Section 6.1(s).
Project Permits means all Permits required by applicable Law and Prudent Operating Practices for the development, design, engineering, supply, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, maintenance, repair, ownership, and use of the Project at the Project Site, all of which are listed on Part A of Schedule 1.1(b).
