Office Complex definition

Office Complex means the development comprised of the three office buildings commonly known as Watergate Towers I, II and m addressed, respectively, as 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx and 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, respectively, Emeryville, California.

Office Complex as used in this Lease, shall mean (i) the Building, and the “Common Areas,” as that term is defined in Section 1.3 below, (ii) the Land (which is improved with landscaping, open-use parking lots and other improvements) upon which the Building, and the Common Areas are located, and (iii) at Landlord’s discretion, any additional real property, areas, buildings or other improvements added thereto pursuant to the terms of Section 1.4 of this Lease.

Office Complex means a group of businesses, other than retail or industrial businesses that form a centralized unit with a joint parking area available for use by patrons of any single business on the same site or contiguous sites and wherewith (a) common access drive(s), landscaping and parking area(s) may be utilized in order to access all buildings and provide shared amenities.

Office Complex refers to the entire office building development of Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to make such other rules and regulations as in its judgment may be for the safety, care and cleanliness of said premises and the office complex for the preservation of good order therein. Tenant agrees to abide by all such rules and regulations hereinabove stated and any additional rules and regulations which are adopted.

Office Complex has the meaning provided in the recitals to this Lease.

Office Complex means the building or buildings (herein called "the building") erected on the land together with any modifications extensions or alterations effected from time to time and together with the fittings and fixtures and other improvements and conveniences amenities and appurtenances 12 2

Office Complex or “Complex” shall mean the lands comprising the Land and those certain parcels of land designated as Lots 39.02, 39.04, 39.05, 39.06, and 39.07 in Block 411 on the Tax Map of Bridgewater Township, Somerset County, New Jersey (as said parcel may be further subdivided in the future) on which has been approved the development of a six (6) building office complex.

Office Complex means two or more office buildings located on one or more contiguous parcels and which utilize common off-street parking and access.

Office Complex refers to the entire office building development of Landlord. EXHIBIT "A" ADDENDUM TO LEASE FOR PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS: OFFICES #0, 0, XXX 0, XXXXXX XXXXX XX XXX XXXXX XXXXXXXX 000 XXXXXXXXX XXXXXX, XXXXXXXXX XXXXX, XXXXXXXXXX This Addendum to Lease executed on March _____, 2000, by and between XXXXXXX XXXXXX, as Landlord, and SKECHERS U.S.A., Inc., a Delaware corporation, as Tenant, is an integral part of said Lease as if fully set forth therein.
