Transfer of Personal Leave Credit. An employee who transfers from one state agency to another shall be credited with the unused balance of his/her personal leave credit up to a maximum personal leave accumulation permitted in the state agency to which the employee transfers.
Transfer of Personal Leave Credit. An employee who transfers into the Office of Secretary of State from another state agency shall be credited with the unused balance of their personal leave credit up to a maximum of forty–eight (48) hours.
