TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS. All Orange County operations under the Board of County Commissioners shall be tobacco free. This policy shall apply to parking lots, parks, break areas and worksites. It is also applicable to Contractors and their personnel during contract performance on County owned property. Tobacco is defined as tobacco products including, but not limited to, cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, chewing tobacco and snuff. Failure to abide by this policy may result in civil penalties levied under Chapter 386, Florida Statutes and/or contract enforcement remedies.

TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS. St. Luke’s Rehabilitation and WSNA agree that the use of tobacco is both a health and safety hazard. It is the interest of St. Luke’s to provide a smoke-free and tobacco free environment to include e-cigarettes. Therefore, smoking tobacco and the use of e- cigarettes are permitted outside of campus and pursuant to clean air laws.

I/we understand that in accordance with Presidential Directive 2014-01, smoking and tobacco products are prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas on campus, including vehicles and parking lots. This includes grounds, exterior open spaces, parking lots, and garages, on-campus sidewalks, streets, driveways, recreational spaces, and practice fields. Repeated violations of the Tobacco Policy will be grounds for eviction and will be adjudicated through the university’s judicial process.
