Timing of Performance. Subject to Section 2.16(f), when the performance of any covenant, duty or obligation under any Credit Document is required to be performed on a day which is not a Business Day, the date of such performance shall extend to the immediately succeeding Business Day.

Timing of Performance. Time is of the essence with respect to Consultant’s performance of the Services required by this Agreement.
