Common use of Time Off for Union Business Clause in Contracts

Time Off for Union Business. If the requirements of clauses and below are met, a union representative appointed under Article shall not suffer any loss of pay as a result of undertaking the following responsibilities on behalf of the union during her regularly scheduled work time:
