Three-year rotation schedule a. Classroom VisitationThe Vice President for Instructional Services or designee will notify the Professional Employee that they will be evaluated during the school year. During the school year, the Professional Employee will have at least one (1) Classroom Visitation by the Vice President for Instructional Services or designee. The Vice President for Instructional Services or designee shall provide the Professional Employee with notice of the Classroom Visitation. After the Classroom Visitation, the Vice President for Instructional Services or designee will meet with the Professional Employee, within ten (10) business days, to discuss the Classroom Visitation. Two (2) copies of the Classroom Visitation form shall be signed by the Vice President for Instructional Services or designee and the Professional Employee with one (1) copy being retained by the Professional Employee and the other being submitted to the Human Resources Office to be placed in the Professional Employee’s file. The Professional Employee may attach comments to the Classroom Visitation form and those comments will be included in the Professional Employee’s permanent file. The comments must be submitted to the Vice President for Instructional Services or designee within ten (10) business days of the review of the Classroom Visitation.

At the scheduled visitation, the appropriate Vice President, or designee, will observe the Professional Employee. After the visitation, the Vice President will meet with the Professional Employee to review the classroom visitation evaluation. Two copies of the evaluation shall be signed by the Vice President and the Professional Employee with one copy being retained by the Professional Employee and the other copy being submitted to the Human Resources Office to be placed in the Professional Employee’s file. The Professional Employee may attach comments to the evaluation and those comments will be included with the evaluation in the Professional Employee’s permanent file.   • Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement. Grievances relating to this Section shall be subject to the Adjustment and Arbitration Procedure in this Agreement.

  • Budget Schedule Subrecipient agrees that the expenditures of any and all funds under this Contract will be in accordance with the Budget Schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment C, and which by this reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.

  • Amortization Schedule We do not provide an initial amortization schedule at the time of project agreement release but maintain a "Loan Summary Spreadsheet" on our website on the Financial Tab under "Loans". Once your loan is put into billing an amortization schedule will be posted to the same website, with a copy mailed to the Chief Financial Officer the month following project closeout.

  • COMPLETION SCHEDULE 6.1 The proposed schedule for the completion of the Project is presented in “Attachment D” and is made a part hereof.

  • Allocation Schedule No later than three (3) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, the Company shall deliver to HighCape an allocation schedule (the “Allocation Schedule”) setting forth (a) the number and class of shares of Company Stock held by each Company Stockholder, (b) the number of shares of Company Stock subject to each Company Option and Company RSU held by each holder thereof, as well as whether each such Company Option will be a Vested Company Option or an Unvested Company Option as of immediately prior to the Effective Time and the exercise price thereof, (c) the number of shares of HighCape Class A Common Stock, New HighCape Class B Common Stock and Rollover Awards to be allocated to each holder at the Effective Time, (d) Company Cash, (e) Company Indebtedness, (f) the Aggregate Exercise Price, (g) the number of Deemed Acquired Shares, (h) the number of Net Vested Options, (i) the Per Share Merger Consideration Value, (j) the Per Share Calculation Value and (k) a certification, duly executed by an authorized officer of the Company, that (i) the information delivered pursuant to clauses (a) and (b) is, and will be as of immediately prior to the Effective Time, true and correct in all respects and in accordance with the last sentence of this Section 2.3, (ii) the information delivered pursuant to clauses (c) through (j) is, and will be as of immediately prior to the Effective Time based on the good faith estimate of the Company based on its books and records and (iii) the Company has performed, or otherwise complied with, as applicable, its covenants and agreements set forth in Section 2.4(b). The Company will review any comments to the Allocation Schedule provided by HighCape or any of its Representatives and consider in good faith any reasonable comments proposed by HighCape or any of its Representatives. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary herein, (A) the aggregate number of HighCape Common Stock that each Company Stockholder will have a right to receive pursuant to Section 2.1(b)(viii) will be rounded down to the nearest whole share and (B) in no event shall the Allocation Schedule (or the calculations or determinations therein) breach, as applicable, any applicable Law, the Governing Documents of the Company, the Company Stockholders Agreements, the Company Equity Plan or any other Contract to which the Company is a party or bound (taking into account, for the avoidance of doubt, any actions taken by the Company pursuant to Section 2.4(b).

  • Payroll Deduction Schedule The Board will deduct the representation fee in equal installments, as nearly as possible, from the paychecks paid to each employee on the aforesaid list during the remainder of the membership year in question. The deductions will begin with the first paycheck paid:

  • Payment Schedule Except as provided in section 6.10 Travel, Meals and Lodging, payments will only be made based on Deliverables outlined within the Authorized User Agreement. Any invoice not related directly to a completed deliverable will be rejected. Any charge included on the invoice without backup documentation as specified in the Authorized User Agreement (travel receipts, etc.) may be removed. Any outstanding charges un-invoiced or removed from the invoice must be submitted/resubmitted within 120 Calendar days or may not be reimbursed. Each Deliverable may contain a retainage allotment as specified within the Authorized User Agreement. Each invoice is to include a detailed and itemized list of all retainage withholds that are in place since the activation of the Authorized User Agreement. Payment schedule shall be based on the final Authorized User Agreement as negotiated by the Authorized User and Contractor. Payment is only to be made after the deliverable within the Authorized User Agreement is accepted by the Authorized User. A Contractor is encouraged to submit no more than one invoice per month. Invoices must include cumulative retainage holdback. Invoices submitted to an Authorized User must include backup documentation as defined in the negotiated Authorized User Agreement.
