THE AUSTRALIAN FAIR PAY AND CONDITIONS STANDARD. BASIC RATE OF PAY The company employee classification structure and ordinary hourly rates of pay are contained in Schedule A and B of this Agreement. The ordinary hourly rates of pay in Schedule A are higher than the ordinary hourly rate of pay set down in the relevant APCS. For each classification (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3) there are two relevant rates of pay. Work performed between midnight Sunday and Midnight Friday will attract the Monday – Friday hourly rate. Work performed between midnight Friday and Midnight Sunday will attract the Weekend hourly rate. The ordinary hourly rates are inclusive of allowances, loadings and penalty rates. The ordinary hourly rate shall be payable for all hours worked including additional hours at the request of the Employer or Employee, with the exception of Public Holidays worked which will attract an additional penalty rate, prescribed later in this Agreement. The rates of pay prescribed in Schedule A shall commence on Monday, 26th March 2007, which is the first pay period following lodgement of this Agreement with the Office of Employment Advocate.
