Test Scheduling and Resourcing. The Contractor shall work in conjunction with Government and Contractor technical personnel in the execution of RTCs Range Scheduling program. The Contractor shall coordinate scheduling requirements for operational resources, e.g., (facilities, equipment, personnel, and skills) of RTC and Xxxxxxxx/Tenant range users; validate test schedules for resources associated with testing of firing systems/ammunition, for testing of automotive materiel, for range training activities, and for non-firing mission requirements. The Contractor shall be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office software programs, including MS Project and MS Excel. The Contractor shall provide input to the Government technical personnel in the resolution of controversial problems, review recommendations for feasibility and test/training planning and scheduling of work. The Contractor shall exercise tact, diplomacy, and persuasive ability to obtain cooperation and assistance of personnel in the scheduling process and in negotiating trade-offs in terms of facilities, instrumentation, data, time, and operational restrictions in executing test/training missions. The Contractor shall analyze the various daily, weekly, and projected monthly schedules to determine workability and to identify possible scheduling conflicts involving resources, facilities, etc. Contractor shall attend applicable daily and/or weekly scheduling meetings that are held with Government technical personnel to discuss/resolve daily and long range scheduling operational problems. The Contractor shall generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and resource allocation to efficiently utilize available resources and in accordance with priorities established by the responsible Government agent. The Contractor may also be required to assist in conflict evaluation/resolution of scheduled activities and resources, and review various formats of schedules (written and verbal) generated by RTC Government personnel and non-RTC range users. The Contractor shall also coordinate with Government and Contractor resource/facility managers as needed and generate informational scheduling emails/documents to applicable stakeholders.

  • Services and Resources Services Contractor Agrees to Perform. Contractor agrees to perform the Services stated in Appendix A, “Scope of Services." Officers and employees of the City are not authorized to request, and the City is not required to reimburse the Contractor for, Services beyond the Scope of Services listed in Appendix A, unless Appendix A is modified as provided in Section 11.5, "Modification of this Agreement."

  • COMPLAINTS HANDLING AND RESOLUTION 44.1 The Supplier shall notify the Authority of any Complaints made by Other Contracting Bodies, which are not resolved by operation of the Supplier's usual complaints handling procedure within five (5) Working Days of becoming aware of that Complaint and such notice shall contain full details of the Supplier's plans to resolve such Complaint.

  • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.

  • Monitoring and Compliance Every year during the term of this Agreement on the anniversary date of the effective date of the Agreement, the Restaurant shall provide to the United States a narrative report of the actions taken during the reporting period to remove any barriers to access and otherwise enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities at the Restaurant and any plans for action concerning ADA compliance in the coming year. The report shall include as an exhibit copies of any complaint, whether formal or informal, received during the reporting period alleging that the Restaurant was not being operated in compliance with the ADA or otherwise discriminated against any person on account of disability. The Owner and Operator of the Restaurant shall cooperate in good faith with any and all reasonable requests by the United States for access to the Restaurant and for information and documents concerning the Restaurant's compliance with this Agreement and the ADA. The United States shall have the right to verify compliance with this Agreement and the ADA, both as set forth in this Agreement and through any means available to the general public, including visits to the public areas of the Restaurant and communications with Restaurant staff. The United States shall have the right to inspect the facility at any time, and counsel for the United States need not identify themselves in the course of visits to the public areas.

Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.
