Technical Personnel Sample Clauses
The Technical Personnel clause defines the qualifications, roles, and responsibilities of individuals assigned to perform technical work under an agreement. It typically specifies the required expertise, experience, or certifications for personnel, and may require the approval of the other party before assigning or substituting key technical staff. This clause ensures that only suitably qualified individuals are involved in the project, thereby maintaining quality standards and reducing the risk of project delays or failures due to inadequate staffing.
