Terminal Security. 5.4.1 Without limiting the generality of either Section 5.2 or 5.3, Lessee shall comply at all times with all local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations relating to homeland security (“Security Laws”) applicable to the Premises or any larger facility of which the Premises are a part. If the Premises, either directly or as a result of its location within a larger Port facility, are subject to a government-required security plan (“Security Plan”), Lessee will fully and promptly comply with the Security Plan. Lessee shall be solely responsible for all of its costs of complying with any applicable Security Laws or Security Plan as well as any fines or penalties incurred (whether by Lessee or the Port) as result of its failure to comply with such Security Laws or Security Plan.

Terminal Security. 6.5.1 Without limiting the generality of either Section 6.2 or 6.1, Lessee shall comply at all times with all local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations relating to homeland security (“Security Laws”) applicable to the Premises or any larger facility of which the Premises are a part. If the Premises, either directly or as a result of its location within a larger Port facility, are subject to a government-required security plan (“Security Plan”), Lessee will fully and promptly comply with the Security Plan. To the extent the Port has the ability to comment on or impact any Security Laws or Security Plan, Lessee will have the opportunity to comment and participate in the decision making process. Lessee shall be solely responsible for all of its costs of complying with any applicable Security Laws or Security Plan as well as any fines or penalties incurred (whether by Lessee or the Port) to the extent resulting from Xxxxxx’s failure to comply with such Security Laws or Security Plan; provided, however, that the Port shall coordinate among its tenants to facilitate prudent planning of required improvements or services.
Terminal Security. Licensee will comply at all times with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to security ("Security Laws") at any Port facility. If the Premises are subject to a government-approved security plan ("Security Plan"), Port ofSeattle and Puget Sound Clean Air Agency License Agreement. 1/20/2016 Licensee will fully and promptly comply with the Security Plan. If the Premises are not subject to a Security Plan and if Licensee unde1iakes any activity or handles any cargo that brings the Premises or surrounding area under the Security Laws, Licensee will be fully liable for all its costs and Port costs associated with complying with the Security Laws for the Premises and sunounding areas. Licensee will provide the Port evidence satisfactory to the Port that the appropriate government authority has approved any Licensee-prepared security plan. Licensee will be liable for any fines or penalties for its failure to comply with the Security Laws or the Security Plan whether assessed against Licensee or the Port.
