Security Laws definition

Security Laws means all Laws pertaining to the policies, methods, means and standards required to protect data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or destruction, and to ensure the confidentiality, availability and integrity of such data and IT Assets.
Security Laws means the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ and the applicable accounting and auditing principles, rules, standards and practices promulgated, approved or incorporated by the Securities Exchange Commission or the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, as each of the foregoing may be amended and in effect on any applicable date hereunder.
Security Laws means Federal, state and local privacy laws, statutes, rules and other such regulations directly applicable to Fiserv and its operations as a provider of outsourced data processing and handling Services.

  • None of the Company nor its Subsidiaries has received any written notices from the Department of Justice, U.S. Department of Education, Federal Trade Commission, or the Attorney General of any state, or any equivalent foreign governmental authority, relating to possible violations of Data Privacy and Security Laws.

  • Sub-section “Compliance with Data Privacy and Security Laws and Standards” must be reviewed prior to inclusion in any Contract.
