Additional Security definition

Additional Security has the meaning given in clause 10.6;
Additional Security means any letter of credit, guarantee agreement, mortgage-backed security, insurance policy or other security which would result in a rating on the Bonds not less than “A” by a Nationally Recognized Rating Agency, or other collateral which would result in a rating on the Bonds of at least “A” from a Nationally Recognized Rating Agency.

Examples of Additional Security in a sentence

  • The Additional Security Documents or instruments related thereto shall be duly recorded or filed in such manner and in such places as are required by law to establish, perfect, preserve and protect (subject to exceptions as are reasonably acceptable to the Collateral Agent) the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent required to be granted pursuant to the Additional Security Documents.

  • For purposes of any Liens or Collateral created under the UK Security Documents, the Singapore Security Documents and any Additional Security Document governed by English or Singapore law (together the “Security Trust Documents”), the following additional provisions shall apply, in addition to the provisions set out in Article 12 or otherwise hereunder.

  • The Additional Security Documents or instruments related thereto shall be duly intimated and recorded or filed in such manner and in such places as are required by law to establish, perfect, preserve and protect (subject to exceptions as are reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent) the Liens in favor of the Collateral Agent required to be granted pursuant to the Additional Security Documents.


More Definitions of Additional Security

Additional Security is defined in Schedule E, Paragraph1; “Affected Party”: is defined in Article 16.1;
Additional Security means any Security Interest created pursuant to Section 6.10.

Additional Security means a letter of credit, line of credit, insurance policy, standby purchase agreement or similar obligation or instrument or any combination of the foregoing.

Additional Security means any additional or special security for the Loan made or Local Governmental Obligations purchased by the Trust, and any moneys, revenues, property, or rights pledged, transferred, or otherwise made available to secure repayment of such Loan or Local Governmental Obligations, including any security agreement, resolution, indenture, trust agreement, pledge, deed, mortgage, or other instrument of security, all as described in Schedule B of the Financing Agreement;
Additional Security means any additional security for the obligations of the Lessee under this Lease provided in accordance with clause 25 in form and content acceptable to the Lessor and, where the context so requires, includes any replacement of such additional security issued pursuant to clause 25;
