Term Leave Without Pay. The Board may grant a leave of absence without pay to an employee for up to a maximum of twenty (20) working days to attend to matters of personal business which cannot be addressed in any other way. The Board shall continue to pay its share of benefit costs with no loss of seniority.

  • Leave Without Pay An employee shall not be entitled to payment for a public holiday falling during a period of leave without pay (including sick leave and military leave without pay) unless the employee has worked during the fortnight ending on the day on which the holiday is observed.
