Telephone Verification. Through a telephone verification option, based upon PIN verification or callback procedures initiated by the Bank to a phone number predetermined by the Company or the Authorized Person and recorded on the Bank’s core data processing system, based upon the instructions in Exhibit 6, the Bank will call the Company or the Authorized Person to approve the Wire Transfer request by obtaining the applicable PIN. Successful verification must be completed prior to processing any such Wire Transfer request through this telephone verification option. For this reason, it is imperative that the Company contact information on file with the Bank be correct.

Telephone Verification. CCPSD ADOEXPO shall contact the Designated Member by telephone to verify identity and employment status of the applicant. CCPSD ADOEXPO shall use commercially reasonable endeavors to conduct the telephone verification in accordance with the materials provided during the Training. Failure Notification. If the Designated Member’s A&V Order failed to pass any of the A&V Procedures provided in Clause 2.1, Clause 2.2, and Clause 2.3 of this Schedule 2 (the “VM Requirements”), CCPSD ADOEXPO shall contact the Designated Member within 2 Working Days and notify him the reasons of the failure and the steps that he shall take to rectify the A&V Order. Documents Upload, CCPSD ADOEXPO shall upload the following A&V Information collected from the Designated Member onto a webpage designated by Xxxxxxx.xxx (the “Uploading Page”) once CCPSD ADOEXPO has performed all the steps in these Clause 2.1, Clause 2.2, and Clause 2.3, and Clause 2.4 (if applicable) of this Schedule 2: The Designated Member’s service order form (for offline applications only); The Designated Member’s business registration certificate (or its equivalent); The Designated Member’s land line telephone xxxx; and Other documents (if any). CCPSD ADOEXPO shall also specify on the Uploading Page the name of the person uploading the A&V Information and the Designated Member’s Xxxxxxx.xxx membership ID.

  • E-Verification If applicable, Contractor represents and warrants that it will ensure its compliance with the Mississippi Employment Protection Act of 2008, and will register and participate in the status verification system for all newly hired employees. Mississippi Code Annotated §§ 71-11-1 et seq. The term “employee” as used herein means any person that is hired to perform work within the State of Mississippi. As used herein, “status verification system” means the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996 that is operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, also known as the E-Verify Program, or any other successor electronic verification system replacing the E-Verify Program. Contractor agrees to maintain records of such compliance. Upon request of the State and after approval of the Social Security Administration or Department of Homeland Security when required, Contractor agrees to provide a copy of each such verification. Contractor further represents and warrants that any person assigned to perform services hereafter meets the employment eligibility requirements of all immigration laws. The breach of this agreement may subject Contractor to the following:

As to any such connections or work outside the Premises requiring Landlord’s approval, Landlord reserves the right to designate and control the entity or entities providing telephone or other communication cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance outside the Premises and to restrict and control access to telephone cabinets or panels. In the event Landlord designates a particular vendor or vendors to provide such cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance for the Building, Tenant agrees to abide by and participate in such program. Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay all costs incurred in connection with the installation of telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises, including any hook-up, access and maintenance fees related to the installation of such wires and cables in the Premises and the commencement of service therein, and the maintenance thereafter of such wire and cables; and there shall be included in Operating Expenses for the Building all installation, removal, hook-up or maintenance costs incurred by Landlord in connection with telephone cables and communication wiring serving the Building which are not allocable to any individual users of such service but are allocable to the Building generally. If Tenant fails to maintain all telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises and such failure affects or interferes with the operation or maintenance of any other telephone cables or communication wiring serving the Building, Landlord or any vendor hired by Landlord may enter into and upon the Premises forthwith and perform such repairs, restorations or alterations as Landlord deems necessary in order to eliminate any such interference (and Landlord may recover from Tenant all of Landlord’s costs in connection therewith). No later than the Termination Date, Tenant agrees to remove all telephone cables and communication wiring installed by Tenant for and during Tenant’s occupancy, which Landlord shall request Tenant to remove. Tenant agrees that neither Landlord nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to Tenant, or any of Tenant’s employees, agents, customers or invitees or anyone claiming through, by or under Tenant, for any damages, injuries, losses, expenses, claims or causes of action because of any interruption, diminution, delay or discontinuance at any time for any reason in the furnishing of any telephone or other communication service to the Premises and the Building.

  • TELEPHONE NOTIFICATION CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR by 29 telephone immediately upon becoming aware of the death due to non-terminal illness of any person 30 served pursuant to this Agreement; provided, however, weekends and holidays shall not be included for 31 purposes of computing the time within which to give telephone notice and, notwithstanding the time 32 limit herein specified, notice need only be given during normal business hours.

  • Telephone Support The Fund Designated Persons may contact State Street’s HORIZONR Help Desk and Fund Assistance Center between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Eastern time) on all business days for the purpose of obtaining answers to questions about the use of the System, or to report apparent problems with the System. From time to time, the Fund shall provide to State Street a list of persons who shall be permitted to contact State Street for assistance (such persons being referred to as the “Fund Designated Persons”).
