Supervision and Project Management. 4.3.1. The Contractor shall supervise and direct the Work competently, applying the skills, expertise and attention necessary to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for any means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures applicable to the Work, unless a specific means, method, techniques, sequence or procedure is indicated in or required by the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall be responsible to the City for acts and omissions of the Contractors’ employees, subcontractors and their agents and employees, and other persons or entities performing portions of the Work for or on behalf of the Contractor or any of its subcontractors. The Contractor shall be responsible to see that the finished Work complies accurately with all of the Contract Documents and all approved Submittals.
