Substitute Pay Schedule a. The substitute rate for substituting shall be based on the dollar amount of the first step of the lowest range of the classification (job description). Retirees who are hired by the District to serve as a substitute in their former classification shall be paid at the current rate of pay, at the step and range they had upon retirement, without longevity. Retirees who are hired by the District to serve as a substitute in a higher classification shall be paid at the first step of the higher classification; however, in no case shall the retiree be paid less than what they were paid at the time of retirement, excluding longevity pay.

  • Pay Schedule 48.1 The regularly scheduled payday shall be bi-weekly, every other Thursday.

  • Salary Schedule Progression Employees shall progress from step to step in salary grade on the basis of satisfactory job performance based upon established standards of performance. Seasonal employee's initial anniversary date shall be established after being in pay status for two thousand eighty (2,080) hours. Such date shall then be used for annual performance evaluation and step progression consideration. When an employee's anniversary date falls on any day from the first day of a pay week through Wednesday of the pay week, the employee's merit increase shall be effective as of the first day of the pay week within which the anniversary date falls. Grievances arising from the denial of merit increases shall not be arbitrable under this Agreement but shall be processed as follows:

  • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

  • Status of Salary Schedule The salary schedules are not to be construed as part of a teacher’s continuing contract. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, a teacher shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time that a successor Agreement is executed.

  • For Lump Sum Change Order The payment and extension of time (if any) provided by this Change Order constitutes compensation in full to the Contractor and its Subcontractors and Suppliers for all costs and markups directly and indirectly attributable to the Change Order herein, for all delays related thereto and for performance of changes within the time stated.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V.

  • Salary Schedule The scale of remuneration set out in Schedule "A" shall apply during the term of this Agreement. Any changes in salary rates or the classifications as outlined in Schedule "A" shall not be put into effect until the Union Business Representative has been consulted.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • Salary Schedule Advancement The base salaries in each cluster within a step may be increased through COLA, turnover savings, increments, and additional educational attainment. Once placed in a cluster within a step, faculty do not move from cluster to cluster except as described in B.3.B below.
