Statement of Deductions. The City will give the Association an itemized statement of deductions no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of each month following the month for which the deductions were taken. The itemized statement will reflect member terminations, cancellations, leave without pay, return from leave without pay, new members, salary changes, name changes, or any other personnel action, which would affect the amount of dues withheld.

Statement of Deductions. The Employer shall deliver to the Union at least once a month a written statement containing the names of the Employees for whom the Union dues deductions were made and the amount of each deduction made under this Article in respect of the preceding month. All union dues and assessments and monies otherwise owed to the Union shall be paid to the Treasurer of the Union by the 10th day of each month for the previous month.
Statement of Deductions. The amounts of dues so deducted from wages accompanied by a statement of deductions from individuals shall be remitted by the Rail- way to the officer or officers of the union concerned, may be mutually agreed by the Railway and the Union, not later than forty (40)calendar days following the pay period in which the deductions are made.

  • Tax and Accounting Treatment Each party to this Agreement acknowledges that it is its intent for purposes of U.S. federal, state and local income and franchise taxes, and for accounting purposes, to treat each Transaction as indebtedness of Seller that is secured by the Purchased Mortgage Loans and that the Purchased Mortgage Loans are owned by Seller in the absence of a Default by Seller. All parties to this Agreement agree to such treatment and agree to take no action inconsistent with this treatment, unless required by applicable Requirements of Law or GAAP.

  • Other Deductions Voluntary payroll deductions made to the Union for employee benefits will be submitted at the same time as regular dues deductions.   • Dues Deductions 47. Dues deductions, once initiated, shall continue until the authorization is revoked in writing by the employee.   • Payment of Distributions Subject to the rights of holders of Parity Preferred Units and any holders of Partnership Interests issued after the date of issuance of the Series A Preferred Units in accordance herewith ranking senior to the Series A Preferred Units as to the payment of distributions, holders of Series A Preferred Units shall be entitled to receive, when, as and if declared by the Partnership acting through the General Partner, out of Available Cash and Capital Transaction Proceeds, cumulative preferential cash distributions at the rate per annum of 8.125% of the original Capital Contribution per Series A Preferred Unit. Such distributions shall be cumulative, shall accrue from the original date of issuance and will be payable (A) quarterly in arrears, on or before March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each year commencing on June 30, 1998 and, (B), in the event of (i) an exchange of Series A Preferred Units into Series A Preferred Stock, or (ii) a redemption of Series A Preferred Units, on the exchange date or redemption date, as applicable (each a "Preferred Unit Distribution Payment Date"). The amount of the distribution payable for any period will be computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months and for any period shorter than a full quarterly period for which distributions are computed, the amount of the distribution payable will be computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in such a 30-day month. If any date on which distributions are to be made on the Series A Preferred Units is not a Business Day, then payment of the distribution to be made on such date will be made on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day (and without any interest or other payment in respect of any such delay) except that, if such Business Day is in the next succeeding calendar year, such payment shall be made on the immediately preceding Business Day, in each case with the same force and effect as if made on such date. Distributions on June 30, 1998 and thereafter on the Series A Preferred Units will be made to the holders of record of the Series A Preferred Units on the relevant record dates to be fixed by the Partnership acting through the General Partner, which record dates shall be not less than ten (10) days and not more than thirty (30) Business Days prior to the relevant Preferred Unit Distribution Payment Date (the "Preferred Unit Partnership Record Date").

  • RESTOCKING (EXCHANGES AND RETURNS) There will be no restocking charge to the Customer for return or exchange of any item purchased under the terms of any award. If the Customer wishes to return items purchased under an awarded contract, the Contractor agrees to exchange, these items for other items, with no additional charge incurred. Items must be returned to Contractor within thirty (30) days from date of delivery. If there is a difference in price in the items exchanged, the Contractor must notify H-GAC and invoice Customer for increase price or provide the Customer with a credit or refund for any decrease in price per Customer’s preference. On items returned, a credit or cash refund will be issued by the Contractor to Customer. This return and exchange option will extend for thirty (30) days following the expiration of the term of the Contract. All items returned by the Customer must be unused and in the same merchantable condition as when received. Items that are special ordered may be returned only upon approval of the Contractor.

  • Tax Information Returns and Reports The Service Provider shall prepare and file, and require to be prepared and filed by any brokers or banks as to their Customers, with the appropriate governmental agencies, such information, returns and reports as are required to be so filed for reporting: (i) dividends and other distributions made; (ii) amounts withheld on dividends and other distributions and payments under applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations; and (iii) gross proceeds of sales transactions as required.

  • Payment of Debts, Taxes, Etc The Company shall pay, or cause to be paid, all of its indebtedness and other liabilities and perform, or cause to be performed, all of its obligations in accordance with the respective terms thereof, and pay and discharge, or cause to be paid or discharged, all taxes, assessments and other governmental charges and levies imposed upon it, upon any of its assets and properties on or before the last day on which the same may be paid without penalty, as well as pay all other lawful claims (whether for services, labor, materials, supplies or otherwise) as and when due

  • Reports and Returns Seller shall promptly after the Closing prepare and file all reports and returns required by Legal Requirements relating to the business of Seller as conducted using the Assets, to and including the Effective Time.

  • Tax Returns and Tax Payments (i) The Company has timely filed with the appropriate taxing authorities all Tax Returns required to be filed by it (taking into account all applicable extensions). All such Tax Returns are true, correct and complete in all respects. All Taxes due and owing by the Company has been paid (whether or not shown on any Tax Return and whether or not any Tax Return was required). The Company is not currently the beneficiary of any extension of time within which to file any Tax Return or pay any Tax. No claim has ever been made in writing or otherwise addressed to the Company by a taxing authority in a jurisdiction where the Company does not file Tax Returns that it is or may be subject to taxation by that jurisdiction. The unpaid Taxes of the Company did not, as of the Company Balance Sheet Date, exceed the reserve for Tax liability (excluding any reserve for deferred Taxes established to reflect timing differences between book and Tax income) set forth on the face of the financial statements (rather than in any notes thereto). Since the Company Balance Sheet Date, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has incurred any liability for Taxes outside the ordinary course of business consistent with past custom and practice. As of the Closing Date, the unpaid Taxes of the Company and its subsidiaries will not exceed the reserve for Tax liability (excluding any reserve for deferred Taxes established to reflect timing differences between book and Tax income) set forth on the books and records of the Company.

  • Income Tax Returns Borrower has no knowledge of any pending assessments or adjustments of its income tax payable with respect to any year.
